Separator "CAD" is widely used both at large grain elevators and on small arable farms. The separator CAD-15 has been widely used both at large grain elevators and on small farms growing commodity grain. The machine is unique because of high precision grain calibration according to seed specific gravity; grain homogeneity is about 3 per cent which permits to select the seed with high gluten and protein contents. The quality of separation is higher than that produced by all separators and calibration machines. The separator is simple in servicing, reliable and can substitute several machines in the production line already in use, can be easily fitted into any grain cleaning and calibration technological lines. The separator CAD processes grain of any degree of contamination and moisture contents without impairing quality and productivity. It has low power consumption. The firm can deliver by rail or land to any place of the world.

The separator cleans and calibrates all known types of seeds, namely: wheat, barley, oats, millet, sunflower, corn, pea, mustard, rice, soya bean, sorghum, vetch, lupine, caraway, flax, rape, buckwheat, grass seeds, vegetable seeds, melons and gourds seeds, been seeds etc.

The separator can also clean and calibrate bulk materials with diameter of up to 15mm. The following stuff has been tested: crushed stone, granite chips, pebbles, marble chips, abrasive material, ceolite etc.

• Grain feeding is to be arranged at the height of 2,5 m;

• The separator is equipped with fasteners for sacks at the outlets of the finished product fractions;

• Separated gran is directed ino reservoirs below the level of working floor;

The machine can operate everywhere indoors where the light fraction can be carried outside or into the cyclone.
